2. Quotes and Estimates

  • All quotes are based on the information provided by the customer at the time of enquiry.
  • If additional work is required (e.g. removal of damaged surfaces, levelling of floors, or unforeseen issues), this may result in additional charges.
  • Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

3. Payments

  • A deposit may be required before work begins.
  • Final payment is due upon completion of the project, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Late payments may incur additional charges.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule a booking, please give us at least 48 hours’ notice.
  • Deposits may be non-refundable if work has already been scheduled and materials purchased.

5. Customer Responsibilities

To allow us to complete the work efficiently and safely, customers are responsible for:

  • Providing clear access to the work area.
  • Ensuring the area is free from obstructions.
  • Informing us of any pre-existing issues (e.g. damp, uneven floors, structural concerns).

6. Liability

  • We take every care to ensure the highest quality of workmanship.
  • However, we cannot be held responsible for:
    • Pre-existing structural issues or damage.
    • Problems caused by unsuitable surfaces or materials not supplied by us.
    • Damage caused by third parties or misuse after completion.

7. Guarantees and Warranties

Where stated, our work may be covered by a workmanship guarantee. This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by external factors. Details of any guarantee will be provided in writing.
